How effective are the teaaching practices in this class, and how can they be improved?

Ben Donnelly of Swing Roanoke seeks answers to a few key questions about the impact of his swing dance courses have on the local community. Is his teaching effective? What do his students think of his classes, and of their dancing abilities?

Further, Mr. Donnelly wonders how these questions impact the perceived value of his courses and the decision for students to re-enroll in future classes after completing one series with his organization.
